My current work focuses on enterprise AI systems: intelligent agents, agentic workflows, retrieval, internal tools, automation, memory, observability, and human oversight. I care not only about what AI can do, but also about how it behaves in production, how decisions are governed, and how teams remain accountable for the outcomes.

I lead initiatives across engineering, product, and operations, translating complex business processes into reliable technical capabilities. My background in Business Administration also helps me connect architecture and delivery decisions with organizational impact.

Alongside my industry work, I write about AI engineering, intelligent agents, enterprise architecture, and engineering leadership. My long-term goal is to contribute to both industry and academia by helping future engineers understand how intelligent systems are designed, operated, and governed.
